The Brian Jonestown Massacre - Anemone/Cold to the Touch 7"

Go on. One more BJM single isn't going to kill you. Two instant classics on this 1995 Candy Floss/Tangible co-release. The version of "Anemone" is different from the album version...not sure about "Cold to the Touch". Regardless: Damn good mister jams.

one more BJM single won't kill me, but the crazy drug addict who leads the band might (and has tried to on more than one occasion).

Hey YSKOD guy.... I'm looking for a band called CHUCK. They were from Greensboro, I think, and toured with Chadbourne in the late 80s/early 90s. I've got several cassette only releases by them, but am looking for more. Experimental noise duo, sort of Fred Frith with shortwave radio and found sounds. Comment back.

Hey Abbatazappa guy...

Sorry to have to let you down, but I've never bought or heard of CHUCK. You're out-obscuring me with this one!

Thanks for the fast reply. I'm beginning to think my quest for more Chuck will go on forever. The "cassette undergound" days are remembered by few, saved by less, and those magnetic tapes are fading every day. Your recent mix tape post got me to thinking, and hoping...

I just stumbled across your site. What a treasure trove. I have been meaning to starting converting my 7"s to mp3, but I've gotten off to a slow start. i do have a request however. Any chance you'd repost the whole "I Like Walt" ep? And any other Walt records you may have (my copy of I Like Walt was ruined in afire many years ago, along with copy of Marcellus Hall's 4 Track recordings). Thanks for the great stuff.
